We collect this data for one purpose: to contact you, arrange the session, and prepare advice relevant to your situation.

Second — limited technical data: We use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that uses no cookies, does not track visitors across websites, and provides us only with aggregate statistics (visit counts, most-read pages) without identifying any individual visitor.

How and where we process your data

Your messages reach our team's inbox and are handled through our standard email services. Your data is never used for mass marketing, never sold, rented, or shared with any third party for their own purposes, and never used to train any AI models.

Data retention

We retain your correspondence for as long as necessary to follow up on your request and any professional relationship arising from it. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your rights" below).

Data sharing

We do not share your personal data with any external party, except our hosting and analytics provider (Cloudflare) to the extent technically necessary for the website to function — contractually committed to data protection — or where we are legally required to do so pursuant to a valid request from a competent authority.

Under the PDPL, you have the right to: be informed of how your data is processed (which this policy provides), request access to your data held by us, request its correction or update, request its deletion, and withdraw your consent to processing at any time.
